Herbay Restless Legs helps to ease all these symptoms. Avoid all stimulants in the diet such as caffeine, alcohol and sugar. Take in conjunction with Herbay Calmag before bed to reduce muscle spasms and cramping.Check iron levels for anaemia.

Adult Dosage: 20-30 drops in a little water drink morning and evening.

Child Dosage: 10-20 drops in a little water drink morning and eveni
